Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups maida


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 1/3 cups butter


  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tsp milk,little

Directions

  • Apply butter to a bowl and sugar powder mixes well, add condensed milk then mix it for 5 minutes make it thick.
  • Mix maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda in a separate bowl and add to the thick batter then vanilla essence and mix all of it well.
  • Add 3 tbsp milk and 5 tbsp warm water and mix it well until it comes paste.
  • Take a saucepan and apply little oil on it.
  • Preheat the saucepan add the mix to it bake it on low flame for 25 minutes and check with toothpick now black forest sponge ready.
  • For icing:-Make some sugar water with 4 tbsp sugar,11/2 cup water with any fruit essence.Take 500 g cream and add 4 tbsp sugar powder beat it for 15 minutes until it comes thick then kept in cool for 20 minutes.
  • Cut the cake for 3 layers sprinkle sugar syrup for each layer and add cream for the first layer and spread it round then add grated chocolates repeat it and cover the whole cake with grated chocolates and cherries.
